| Church Council | This group consists of the pastor, church clerk, moderator, Chairpersons of the Official Boards of the church, and one representative of each of the officially recognized organizations, committees or groups of the church. Their duties include being responsible for all actions determined by a congregational vote, make appointments for vacancies on boards, and standing committees. | 6+ |
| Trustees* | The primary concern is with all legal, corporate, and fiscal activities of the church. Also, hold in trust all property belonging to the church and upkeep them. Supervising the establishment of a proposed annual budget, and recommend it to the church for ratification. | 8 |
| Elders* | The primary concern is with the religious and spiritual program of the Church and the support of the Pastor in conducting the worship services in the church, and in carrying out the parish activities which arise in ministering to the spiritual needs of the individual members of the church. | 4-6 |
| Christian Education* | The primary concern is to coordinate all Christian Education as well as youth programs and activities. It serves as a liaison between the Christian Ed. Teachers and the Church Council. | 3 |
